People often confuse natural and organic. Maple syrup is, at its base, entirely natural. To be organic, however, it must be made according to very strict national standards. A diversity of tree types in terms of the area of the forest, the size of the tree's circumference, the depth of the cut, the range of registers to be filled out at each step we take, the anti-foaming agents and soaps used. These are standards, are intended to increase the quality and sustainability of the environment. What makes our sugar bush a pride, the awareness of a healthy and ecological legacy for our children.
